📡 RSS Feed Checker & Feed Lists

Check availability and validity of RSS/Atom feeds. Download ready-made news feed lists for readers, aggregators, and automation.

ℹ️ A feed is working if it is online and (has multiple <title> and <description> / <summary> / <content:encoded>) or has <item>/<entry> items with titles. Requests go through a server proxy (CORS bypass).

What is RssFeedsList.com?

RssFeedsList.com helps you verify that RSS and Atom feeds are online and contain real content (items, titles, descriptions). It also provides curated feed lists (e.g. news sites) that you can import into readers, monitoring tools, and automation. No account required.

How it helps you

  • Bulk-check dozens or hundreds of feed URLs for availability and validity.
  • Get a clean list of only working feeds: copy, download .txt, or export JSON.
  • Download ready-made lists (e.g. xml_feeds.txt) and verify them in our checker before use.

Where feed lists are used

  • RSS readers (Feedly, Inoreader, Feeder, Tiny Tiny RSS, NetNewsWire) — import OPML or paste URLs from .txt.
  • Automation (Zapier, IFTTT, n8n) — “New Item in RSS Feed” / “Multiple Feeds”; feed URLs from lists.
  • Media monitoring (Brand24, Mention, Feeder, SignalHub) — add RSS URLs as sources; lists from .txt/CSV.
  • Newsletters (Mailchimp, Buttondown) — RSS-to-email; need verified feed URLs.
  • Development (Python feedparser, Node rss-parser, PHP) — scripts read URLs from .txt; checker ensures they work.
  • Research & analytics — custom crawlers and academic tools; dead feeds cause gaps in data.

Software that works with feed lists

RSS readers (Feedly, Inoreader, Tiny Tiny RSS, Feeder, NetNewsWire, NewsBlur), automation (Zapier RSS by Zapier, IFTTT, n8n), media monitors (Feeder, SignalHub), and any app that accepts a list of feed URLs (one per line in .txt or via OPML).

RSS Checker — full functionality

Paste URLs or upload a .txt/.csv/.list file (one URL per line). The checker fetches each feed via a server proxy (avoids CORS), checks HTTP status, and parses the XML for items and content.

A feed is valid if it is online and has (several <title> and <description>/<summary>/<content:encoded>) or at least one <item>/<entry> with titles. Supports RSS 2.0, Atom, and content:encoded (e.g. WordPress).

You get: stats (total, online, valid, invalid), filters (All / Valid / Invalid / Offline), and a <strong>clean list</strong> of valid URLs only — copy, download valid-rss-feeds.txt, or export a full JSON report.
